An e-Poll of 3,000 celebrities has voted Carmen Electra as the second hottest celebrity in the world. She came in second behind Mexican beauty and Hollywood actress Salma Hayek. The Baywatch babe secured 64% votes while Salma received 65%. Carmen had to share the place along with Hollywood actress Jessica Alba. Incidentally the average age of the Top 15 Hottest stars was 36 years.
